The Welcome Back campaign aims to show Tasmanians that their local café, restaurant, pub, club or venue is the perfect place to relax and catch up with friends and family in safe, familiar surroundings. It has been developed by Tourism Tasmania in collaboration with the Tasmanian Hospitality Association, to support all hospitality operators in Tasmania.
The campaign complements Tourism Tasmania’s Make Yourself at Home campaign which encourages Tasmanians to take day trips, weekends away and holiday in their own state.
A campaign toolkit has been developed for Tasmanian hospitality businesses to use in their own business and help share the Welcome Back message.
The toolkit includes an overview and timeline, COVID-19 safety information, and how you can use the Welcome Back campaign assets to leverage the campaign in your business's marketing activity.
