Position profile

Emma heads up Tourism Tasmania’s marketing function and has overall responsibility for the promotion of Tasmania as a leisure destination and attracting more visitors to Tasmania. Emma's role includes the development of Tourism Tasmania’s marketing strategy and annual marketing plans. These focus on delivering brand-aligned content, increasing brand advocacy and marketing partnerships in interstate and international markets.  To achieve this, Emma oversees the activities of Tourism Tasmania’s research and insights, brand and content, channels, and conversion and global operations teams.
