Research conducted by Tourism Australia in 15 of Australia's key tourism markets identified food and beverage as an important factor in holiday decision making and the most important emotive trigger, closely followed by world class beauty.
Tasmania has some of the best food, wine and beverage experiences in the world and we want to let more people know about it. Now we have the opportunity to tell the world about our fantastic culinary experiences in incredible locations as part of the next phase of Tourism Australia's global marketing push, explained further in this video on Tourism Australia's strategy.

From restaurants to cellar doors and events, all areas of the hospitality, tourism and food, wine and beverage industries are encouraged to get involved and contribute content to an online hub featuring the best of these experiences and promoted to a global audience of millions.
