Allison manages Tourism Tasmania's market and visitor research program. The program provides high-level research analysis, insights, advice and guidance to Tourism Tasmania to support the development of effective marketing strategies and plans. The program incorporates interstate and international market research, visitor tracking, campaign tracking, aviation and market intelligence. As well as assess the performance of Tourism Tasmania’s marketing initiatives, it provides critical insights into consumer behaviour, market trends and destination insights. It also provides relevant data to Tourism Tasmania's internal business teams, local tourism operators, developers, investors, government agencies and other businesses to help them plan and implement their business and marketing strategies.
